- Blizzard is always good this time of year, and it looks like they've pulled out the stops, with Starcraft: Motion Overdrive (video), the Horadric Cube App and Crabby, the dungeon helper! They've also announced the Tomb of Immortal Darkness, but the link isn't working for me, so I have no idea if that on'es a joke too.
- 5th Edition D&D!
- Thinkgeek is, unsurprisingly, full of the awesome.
- My work has pre-emptively blocked Google Motion, so it better be good.

Oh, Crud, It's April Fools
I had a real post drafted and everything, but then I remembered that today is "don't follow links on the Internet day", so my thoughts on digital comics are going to wait until next week. Like most folks, I have mixed feelings about April Fools day, primarily because so many people are so bad at it, but the folks who do it well tend to make it worthwhile. A few that I like to check every year.

Jim-Butcher.com has a couple jokes (one graphical, one post text) up. I've RT'd a couple jokes as well, including an Arcanos RPG tie in for the DFRPG, and an Italian 8-bit DRYH game.ReplyDelete
I had to look closely to find the graphical one, but AWESOME.ReplyDelete
Crabby is following me all around the warcraft site. And he tricked me into watching "Friday" Again. Blizzard is truly diabolical.ReplyDelete
Here's that "Don't Rest Your 8Bit" page: http://janus-design.it/news/non-cedere-agli-8bit (Italian)ReplyDelete
And here's the Arcanos faux announcement. (Check out the cover graphic, it's wicked.)
I think the AdBlock freeform deserves mention: http://chromeadblock.com/freedom/ReplyDelete
As well as the wonderfull cRPG announced by CDP-R, the makres of the Witcher and The Witcher2: Assassin of Kings:

Boardgame Geek had it so when you searched for things it pointed to Monopoly if it was on the board game page. Stating didn't you mean Monopoly. Thought that was cute this morning.ReplyDelete
The top of Pinnacle Entertainment's page last week had 10 Edges for Savage Worlds, inspired by Charlie Sheen. (www.peginc.com)ReplyDelete
